Departure |
- You will be asked to present the completed roster form and any remaining registration forms upon arrival. Forms can be found in the download section.
NOTE: No student will be allowed to participate without a signed registration.
- Buses should drop-off students in front of Duncan Hall (Bldg 27).
- During the event, buses may park in the "Park and Ride" lot at Seventh and Alma. For individuals or smaller groups, free public parking is available at the city garage on the corner of San Fernando and Fourth Street.
- Registration is between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. on February 10, 2007 and begins in front of Duncan Hall (Bldg 27). You will be greeted by SE Staff and escorted to the Student Union. If you arrive after 8:30 a.m., please proceed to the 2nd Floor of the Student Union (Bldg 38).
- At the Student Union, the participants will receive a t-shirt, required materials and a small breakfast snack and await the event kick-off activities.
- Event activities will be held in the Student Union (Bldg 38), and the Engineering Bldg (Bldg 31).
- Event activities are scheduled to end at 3:45 p.m. Buses should pick-up students in front of Duncan Hall (Bldg 27) at approximately 4:00 p.m.
